Jason
Jason holds a Master of Social Work and is a qualified Social Worker with experience supporting people across disability, mental health, aged care, and community services. He is passionate about helping NDIS participants build independence, improve wellbeing, and achieve meaningful personal goals.
Jason specialises in psychosocial assessment, capacity building, advocacy, service navigation, and community participation. He works collaboratively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centred, strengths-based support tailored to each individual’s needs.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jason is committed to delivering culturally responsive and compassionate care, ensuring participants feel respected, supported, and empowered throughout their NDIS journey.
